*COMMERCIAL PRICING - Our first major price break is at 25 trees. We have a price break at 100 trees and another at 500 trees. These price schedules are laid out below by fruit type and vary by caliper size as well. OUR PRICE BREAKS APPLY TO TOTAL NUMBER OF TREES ACROSS THE ENTIRE ORDER, regardless of type or variety.

*RETAIL PRICING - Interested in ordering LESS than 25 trees? We do accept these orders as well. However for all orders taken after June 2008 a 3 tree minimum will apply in order to qualify for the $27.95/tree price, which includes all packaging and freight costs. See this schedule directly below.

*Remember: Certain varieties do carry Royalty fees, and these will be automatically calculated where applicable.

Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Terms of sale are net 30 days. A finance charge of 1 1/2% per month (annual rate 18%) will be charged on all accounts not paid within 30 days of invoice date.
2. Volume discounts shall apply only if payment terms are met.
3. Unless otherwise stated, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm an order. If the deposit is not paid by the required date, the nursery reserves the right to cancel the order.
4. Order totaling $250 or less must be paid in full ten days before shipment.
5. All orders are subject to the PA Fruit Tree Improvement Program Tax (1% by law).
6. Size confirmed on an order indicates customer's preferred size. Substitution of sizes, with a corresponding change in price, may be necessary.
7. Order shall be void should delivery be prevented or injury befall the stock form crop failure, fire, flood, drought, frost, strike, or other causes beyond the control of ADAMS COUNTY NURSERY, INC.
8. Packing and shipping will be charged and included in your invoice when applicable.
9. Buyer and seller agree that an order is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter of order. Written acceptance of order or acceptance of delivery of the nursery stock constitutes acceptance of the above terms and conditions of sale.

WARNING: Ethylene gas concentration will cause extensive damage or kill your trees if stored with apples or in storage rooms that have not been completely ventilated. Guarantee is void if trees are exposed to Ethylene gas.
