Ruby Jon colors to a 100% solid red blush 10 days before other Jonathan Strains. Ruby Jon offers the same creamy, white flesh and crisp, juicy eating quality of the old-fashioned Jonathan, with 100% Jonathan flavor and size. It has a smooth finish and is resistant to stem end russet. The beautiful red color of Ruby Jon does not bleed into the flesh. Royalty Fee
